Ketch Sulpizio becomes a three-time All-American, Noah Brosier earns honor in Long Jump after first day at NJCAA Outdoor Nationals

The Pima Community College men's track & field team competed in the first day of the NJCAA Division I National Championships on Thursday at New Mexico Junior College in Hobbs, NM.

  • The Aztecs sit in 11th place with 8.50 points.
  • Freshman Noah Brosier took fourth place in the Long Jump and set a new personal-record with a mark of 7.52 meters (24-feet, 8-inches) on his second attempt. He earned five team points for the Aztecs. He finished in 13th place at the NJCAA Indoor National Championships.
  • Sophomore Ketch Sulpizio (Gila Ridge HS) became a three-time NJCAA All-American after he tied for fifth place in the Pole Vault with a vault of 4.71 meters (15-5.50) earning 3.5 points. He bounced back after a no-height at the Indoor National Championships. Sulpizio tied for fifth place as a freshman at the 2025 Indoor National Championships and placed fifth again at the Outdoor National Championships.
    He owns the Pima Outdoor School Record in the Pole Vault at 5.01 meters (16-5.25), which he set at the Region I Championships on Apr. 28. He tied the Pima Indoor record at 4.75 meters (15-7).
