Aztecs Women's Soccer to hold ID Camp on Saturday, June 11 June 2, 2022 The Pima Community College women's soccer program will hold a I.D. Camp on Saturday, June 11 at the Pima West Campus (2202 W. Anklam Rd. Tucson, AZ 85709). Participates are to meet on the soccer field located on the north side of campus next to the Fitness & Sports Sciences Building. The camp will be from 7:30 a.m.-11:00 a.m. Full Story

Aztecs women's soccer midfielder/defender Riley Bonner (Cienega HS) was selected as the Chapman automotive Aztecs Student-Athlete of the Week. She persevered through a knee injury that kept her out of the 2020 and 2021 seasons but found ways within the program to stay proactive during her recovery. Aztecs Women's Soccer MID/D Riley Bonner named Chapman Automotive Aztecs Student-Athlete of the Week April 26, 2022 Pima Community College women’s soccer player Riley Bonner (Cienega HS) found ways to stay involved, and despite an injury suffered during the shortened 2020 season; which kept her out for the 2021 season, she contributed in more ways than one. Kortney Cahill and Dulcenella Yebra sign LOIs to 4-year universities April 1, 2022 Pima Community College women’s soccer players Kortney Cahill (Cienega HS) and Dulcenella Yebra (Tucson Magnet HS) signed their respected letters of intent to continue collegiate play at the four-year university level. Sophomore midfielder Litycia Espinoza (Sahuarita HS) was named the Chapman automotive Aztecs Student-Athlete of the Week for the week of Jan. 24-30. She maintained a 4.0 GPA for the fall semester and earned her EMT certification last month. She was key in the Aztecs reaching the NJCAA Division II National Championship game back in November. Pima Aztecs and former Ironwood Ridge High School teammates Alyssa Kopach and Twyla Himmel signed their letters of intent to play at the NAIA level. Kopach (left) signed to play at Park University Gilbert (AZ) and Himmel signed to Mount Marty University in Yankton, South Dakota. Aztecs women's soccer players Kopach and Himmel sign 4-year letters of intent December 10, 2021 Pima Community College women’s soccer players Alyssa Kopach (Ironwood Ridge HS) and Twyla Himmel (Ironwood Ridge HS) signed letters of intent to continue their collegiate careers at the next level. Freshman midfielder/forward Mari Acosta (Sahuarita HS) was named second team NJCAA Division II All-American on Tuesday. She is the first Pima women's soccer NJCAA All-American since 2015.
