Maria Harrouch moves into the top 10 after third round at NJCAA Division I National Championships

Pima Community College women's golfers Maria Harrouch and Angelica Martinez (Tucson Magnet HS) closed out the third round of play on Wednesday at the NJCAA Division I National Championships.

  • Harrouch bounced back in her third round of play as she finished with a 4-over par 76. She is tied for ninth place in the individual standings with a three-day total of 234 (76-82-76). She is 6-strokes behind from reaching the top five and 7-strokes from third place. She is 17-stroke back from the leader.
  • Martinez closed out the third round with an 89. She is tied for 58th place and sits with a score of 265 (92-84-89).
  • The Aztecs will close out play at the NJCAA Division I Championships on Thursday at the Mayfair Country Club.
